You can cancel any unused CityPASS® products for up to 365 days from the purchase date. Note: tickets with usage includes tickets with advanced reservations and/or tickets that have been scanned for entry at any attraction
You can change your travel dates and start using your CityPASS® tickets for up to 1 year from the purchase date. Tickets are valid 7 consecutive days starting with and including the first day you visit an attraction
