Before you buy

  • Free admission can be obtained at the ticket offices of the exhibition sites for visitors with disabilities and for one accompanying family member

On-site usage

  • Download the Roma Pass App and enter your PNR code to generate your digital pass.
  • You will see two QR codes in the App: a static QR code for museums, sites, and experience tours, and a dynamic QR code for public transport (requires an internet connection).
  • Your Roma Pass activates upon first use and is valid for 48 or 72 hours (depending on the option selected at checkout) from first use in a museum, site, or tour.
  • Book your timeslot for the Colosseum, Borghese Gallery, or Civic Museums after purchase following your voucher instructions. Last-minute availability may vary.
  • Your ticket will be sent via email and available in the Tiqets app at least 24 hours before your visit

  • To support customers arriving in Rome, there will be operators in front of the T3 Terminal or, if needed, you can call the Call Center number 06068, from 9:00 until 19:00
